SALIBAURI ORIGIN:AN IDEAL BALANCE
The main idea of the entire project is harmony between architecture and landscape, urban life and nature. We are creating a unique urban environment while maintaining a close connection with nature.
Salibauri Origin is a compact residential complex located on the hill closest to the city, just a 10-minute drive from the center of Batumi.
Apartment features
● Master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom.● For silence, a reinforced concrete frame and soundproof walls were used.● High ceilings (3.3 meters) and panoramic windows fill the apartments with light and air.
Bathrooms
● Fully equipped and staffed.● In large apartments, bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs, while others have showers.● Entrance through the dressing room. The final interior and the exact area may vary due to construction features.
Sunlight decoration
● Light colors in the decoration add brightness to every day. Every corner of the apartment seems to have been touched by the sun.● We choose materials of low-maintenance and with the best price-performance ratio.
Moonlight finish
● For kitchens and bathrooms, we use materials with high resistance to scratches and heat.● The warmer tones create a soothing atmosphere that envelops you in its shadow when you want to be alone.

Our terraces also include finishing and installation of outdoor furniture. Private space is created using landscape design techniques. The final interior and exterior of the buildings may vary and are presented as a preliminary design.
For apartments on the ground floors, there are patios instead of terraces.
